This research examines microplastic pollution at four agricultural farms in Malaysia’s Klang Valley. The results show that microplastic particles are present in agricultural soils, with Farms B and D having the highest total particles. The major sources of microplastics are plastic nets, mulching films, and unmanaged plastic waste. The findings highlight the need to assess the negative effects of long-term plastic use on agricultural soils.
