The Scientists’ Coalition currently has over 300 members from 50+ different countries, covering a broad range of expertise. The members of the Scientists’ Coalition have endorsed the Scientists’ Declaration and proved a track record of working on plastics pollution. As subject matter experts, the members are organised in thematic working groups that work together to craft syntheses of the most recent scientific evidence on plastic pollution and potential solutions.
Coalition members must endorse the Scientists’ Declaration, prove a track record of working on plastics pollution and complete our procedure to identify any conflicts of interest.
